We will be having a shuttle available to take you from Crown Plaza Hotel to Shepherds Hollow Golf Course. The shuttle will also be available throughout the night to take you back to your hotel room.

The shuttle will leave promptly at 4pm to bring everyone over to Shepherds Hollow. This is the only time available the shuttle will take you from Crown Plaza to Shepherd's hollow. If your interested in using the shuttle service during the event please make sure to make arrangements accordingly.

We have allowed the check in time to start at 2pm to give guests more time in getting ready.

Then beginning at 8:00pm the shuttle will be taking you back and forth on the hour to the hotel.
